Just curious to the aprox. aproval time on a "First Report". I'm not sure it had all the information required to meet the criteria to view other reports, but aperrently it dosn't even show up on the board without aproval. My profile reads that I have made 1 post (2 now) but I cant even locate it anywhere to see if there are any coments, questions, or to edit it if I see somthing wrong. Just wondering if anyonw can tell me an aprox. time for aproval of the post?

The reason why you didn't see your report was because it was not initially approved since some of the required elements were absent, such as a map etc...

I've taken another look at it, and I noticed that your links provide sufficient info for those looking to try the location. Since you took the time to do the write-up, I've gone ahead and approved the report this time, but if you could include a map of where specifically you were fishing it would be greatly appreciated.

You can view and edit your report in the southwest ON reports section.

Cheers!

Your report was approved and moved to the SW ON reports section. BTW, nice smallies... that's a great little spot you found!

How to access the Reports section

Quote

If it is your first report, you must post your detailed report (including the pics) in the "Your first Report" section. Your report will then go into a moderation queue, visible only to our staff. Once a moderator has approved your report it will be moved to the appropriate reports section.

After your first report is approved, you will then have permanent access to that particular reports section.

thats discouraging, if i want to go on vacation somewhere i have never been before i cant use this site to help me fish there. ill only be able to find out the good spots after i return home and post my report on the random area i fished.

i gave up a good spot that isn't well known unlike many of the reports in the section i posted. Limiting access does not make sense, once you contribute u should be able to access all areas.

This is one of the issues that will be addressed with the new changes coming to the board.

Yes, I believe it would be. :) It's also in SW Ontario. I'm sending you a PM.
