[Rapala Boy]

Didn't wanna post this in my report.

I was standing beside the pool down from the ice breakers trying to figure out my water damaged cellphone when I heard some one walk towards me. I looked back and saw a black male almost my height (6`) and sure enough this guy was sneaking up on me!!! The guy hid behind the ledge and hid real good. I didn`t like what I was seeing and went up to get away and saw a sharp, long, blade like knife with a wooden handle on top of the ledge where he easily could have put there. Yup, I was dealing with a loony toon fresh out of the box!lol

So I give this guy a 8 out of 10 for craziness

a 9 out of 10 for knife hiding skills

a 5 out of 10 for sneaking skills

a 10 out of 10 for being a loony toon!

Should have called the cops or gone Kung Fu on him if he tried anyhting, or carry a filet knife that can be used in self defense should you require it.

There is a loony lady I always see in Durham region under the bridge that crosses from Lake Ontario to Duffins. She is nuts. I think she is homeless and spent to much time sniffing certain things.
