Not all/many of us can afford a boat. But for those who go to large ponds or small backwood lakes this might be perfect for you. I been thinking about it and debating this one or a canoe. I've built a jon boat and would like something as small and light as these.

Enjoy and never forget your lifejacket.

Keep an eye out for sales from fall to spring Canoes and kayaks can go on sale for as much as %40 off. I picked up my little 8' sit-in kayak on sale for about $200 a while back at crappy tire. My buddy fishes out of a cheap rubber raft... with pointy hooks...!!

I would recommend a pontoon boat where the pontoons are inflatable. Quite light and will fit into most vehicles, stable and comfortable.

It's all fun and games, until someone loses a fish!

I've looked at the pontoon idea. The inflatable is too expensive, $500 at Bass Pro. Online just the inflatable pontoons alone were $500. They are a great design if aluminum tubing is used for the frame, but wood is still cheaper and biodegradable unlike PVC/hypalon.

Its awesome and you can stand up I give it a 98% well worth the money.

Catch and Release is the only way to go, if you want food that's what a grocery store is for.
