I was thinking of going pike fishing at Humber bay park east... Has anyone fished this area with any success ?

Nope, because I never fished it, but hey, I've got any idea, go try it out!
Fish bite best when the season is closed!

Inside ponds during the summer used to have carp, panfish, and largemouth bass. Used to be full of fish but thats almost 20 years ago, the last few times I visited (just for walks) I have seen nothing in the ponds they look dead and dirty. Oh and lots of fireants around the ponds.
The bays you used to be able to catch browns, the odd pike, salmon when the timing was right and sometimes a laker. Now 1 bay is water management, 1 is a marsh and one remains open. I know theres carp in the marsh but as for browns on the lakeside I dont know anymore.
