Wondering if anyone would like to share some tips on ice fishing for whatever? I'm mostly interested in trout an whitefish. But when I take my boys ( that's not every time ) lol I take them for perch. Any info on lures or rigging up will do.

minnows.
micro tube jigs

Thats all you need with the kids.
Last year I didnt even use minnows, the micro tubes did a great job.

Small light jigs tipped with small minnows or just the eyes of the first perch you catch. Swedish pimples too, live forage , rattle jigs etc.....
