Hey guys,

I am selling my Okuma Aventa. Used a few seasons but always taken extremely good care of it. I upgraded the barings last summer!

I am a right hand retrieve pinner, but these pins are completely ambidextrous. Comes with neo case and backing,(I will reverse the backing to the left hand retrieve direction for you in advance if you like).  If you want a fresh spool of Raven Hi Vis Yellow we can work that into the deal as well!

Everything is legitimate. I am not here to rip any OFF members off! If you are interested let me know via PM with what you are willing to pay.  I am in Whitby, willing to drive a bit to meet!

Cheers

I basically use my pin on everything else now...everytime i come  across other people, they tell me it's a float reel and shouldn't be used like that.lol. i always ask them back, what's going to happen if i keep using it? since i've been catching my targets with 'em?

Pump try that on a 6 ft fenwick ultralight, best thing ever for drifting smallies, kinda kills the rod though, but it thought me that good balance on a reel and rod is important, i put the drifter on mine, kinda killed my hand by the end of the day in comparison to the 12.6 hmx LOL!

Last summer I opened my eyes to boat pinning. I landed pike, walleye on bottom boucing. It was amazing.

That summer I also took my pin out with a jitterbug and pinned some top water bass. One of the coolest experiences. Couldn't cast too far, but I hammered a half dozen smallies that morning just drofting down an island shoreline.

Tones of memories with this reel, will be sad to see it go.

I wasn't aware these are going for 150$ now adays, I paid more for this when I got it a few years ago... I will leave this thread up but if I am only going to get less than 100$ I am just going to keep it for a back up. Cheers guys!
