I was actually not flyfishing. but float fishing with spinning gear.

They are two of my favourite species....beauties...

I know bud i know.When the salmon are in in the falls, i actually hunt for rainbows and browns between them

beauty brooks bud!

dont sweat the atlantics. the comparison to creek chub is spot on. they are so aggressive with feeding it is almost impossible to avoid them on many tribs. no matter what you use.

 

just make sure to be extra careful with trout this time of year, its hard on them in the heat getting caught :)

Great work, and well rewarded. I've never given up the hunt, 20 years of tapo maps and bushwaking all over southern ontario.. Great to see you love the hunt. I think one of the most rewrding expeicnes is fidning a new creek and the bueaties it brings :) Keep it up
