Not a monster but I didn't want a monster anyways haha. I just enjoy sharing the odd fish here and there with my grandparents. Grandpa is on oxygen and can't leave the house anymore. He is the one that got me into fishing. So this is my way of thanking him. This was bacon and mushroom stuffed and baked. Mm mm

yummmmm, personally i think maybe a tad bigger would make a good dinner for a few, but for around 2 people thats the perfect size, i honestly will never know why people take their limit in chrome or boots like, 1 will put a child in a hospital and no way are all those for 1 person but oh well, thinning the herd i guess. 1 30 or so inch steely will feed a few for a while

Not a problem.

I actually just followed http://www.myrecipes...n-stuffed-trout

I obv used a whole fish instead of fillets. Added 5 more minutes. I also added oregano and basil, glazed in red wine and about a tablespoon of Lemon juice on the inside. My gf doesn't like "fishy fish". So I'm always looking for good recipes. The addition of the small
