Over the past to weeks I seem to have located an abundance of steel. Been searching for salmon with some luck but not as much as I would like.

Anyways, what happens when Steelhead Chaser locates steelhead ally? A whole lot of epicness. Editing these suck, finding new music for some suck, but the fights and vids are worth it. There is gonna be alot coming, might have to break these up in seasons and episodes.

Pointers are welcome, new ideas are welcome, even suggestions as to what you guys would like to see in the vids. Been doing this along time, it all about what the viewers want.

Enjoy,

Great video! Looks like you've mastered fishing from a kayak on the big O!

Whats happened in the third pic?  The fish cruising in the water with a chunk of its back missing?

Lol it does look like a part of its back is missing. Just the way the light is reflecting through the water. There is a pic of him when I got back to shore, all intact. I kept him to weigh in for the OGSD.

Nice fish pop.
Fighting them in the open lake so exhilarating.
So much better than the battle in 3ft of river depth.

It is exciting for sure. I find the trolling gear dampans the fight somewhat though. My goal is to eventually figure out how to jig for them in the open water with a light setup. That will be epic!

110ft, 70ft down on a flasher fly. For the most part, the fish were way out there on Sunday.
