Just finished a tournemnt at valens,1 decent perch and a few pike that broke off, anyone know some places that we can get on some decent panfish bites? Within an hour and half from Hamilton?

Also what should I be looking for in the winter, deeper water or shallow?

Belwood or Island lake, but they suck too. Make it a day and hit Simcoe, the Lady hardly dissapoints .

Long Point Bay on Erie is usually great for perch, but I wouldn't trust the ice right now.  +10 degrees and heavy rain is a really bad combo.

the niagara river has 12 inches of ice. 10 lb + rainbows every time you drop your line
