Who's is heading out and where?

For me either 9th line or Gilford.

Targeting perch is waste of time. Lol. I am into lakers and whities in deeper water.

^That'll get the perch hunters all worked up  . I don't target perch either. It's usually either pike or Lake Simcoe whitefish off of IBP.

yep its good too see the strict regs to protect the native lakers. the stocked lakes that are put and take though are open all year usually but those fish wont get as big.

thats why it's so interesting, the window of opportunity is so small there is no room for mistakes. use the time wisely, change techniques and locations. and if you still don't succeed... go back to the drawing board.
good luck to everyone hitting the deep water this year, hopefully some places will be ready this weekend.
