I got this rig as a gift from my uncle last summer, never used it as it was a right-handed baitcasting rig, if anyone wants it, name a descent price & you can come pick it up anytime ! The approximate value was like $120-150 but since I'm trying to get rid of it, name a descent price and its yours !! Here's the rig specs:

Abu Garcia Ambassadeur 5500 C3
- right-handed crank
- thumb-button cast
- brand new condition (never used)

BPS Bionic Blade (1 piece):
- BNC70MT
- 7" ft. long
- Medium Action.
- 1/4-5/8 oz. Lure wt. 8-17 lb

Just for clarification, is the crank itself on the left or right side of the reel?

Openfire, the crank is on the right side, which is why I want to get rid of it. It's also funny you ask that because I'm right-handed too, but for some odd reason, I feel better reeling with my left hand while using my right hand for casting, which is why i want to get rid of it, brand new combo that is just sitting up agains't my wall and is turning into a paper weight !! :) Its great tho for any beginner or novice baitcaster or someone that wants to learn how-to use a baitcaster, a C3 should be fairly easy to cast with & maintenance.

Oh ok, that's what I thought.

I'm the same as you. I'm right handed, and I like to reel with my left, cast and fight the fish with my right.

I might have been interested if the reel-handle was on the other side.

Would you take $80.00 for it?
