Hi,

So I want to try carp fishing at tt park. I heard the bride near the dragon boat club is good but have no idea where that is. Does anyone know where some good spots are and how to get there? Also any tips are greatly appreciated.

That place has changed a lot since they started re-building it. The bridge your on about has a fairly strong current and I don't think you want to fish carp right there.

When you find the bridge (a far walk) anything south in that bay is shallow rocky bottom only a couple of feet. The deeper water is to the north (back to the city).

The carp seem to swim around mid depth and I would suggest a bobber and not on bottom besides all the silt and rock they pile in there. Lots of Sheep head in there also.

You will see some monster carp I swim around for sure but there are better fish to be had this time of year.

Thanks, so where would the mid depth areas be?
