Hay guys I know summer hasn't even ended yet but I can't wait to get on the ice last year was amazing on the ice and I think this year will be even better is anyone as pumped as I am lol

Ya I'm pretty excited, only gotvout a couple times last year, ended up only catching a couple pike and a bunch of perch. Would love to get a laker through the ice.

Ya I am anxious for the ice. I'm concentrating my time on lakers this year for sure. Well when I'm not catching chrome

Ice fishing lakers is pretty fun but waaaaay down on my list. Best way to pass the winter months I guess.
I'm already missing trolling around in shorts and a T-shirt waiting for a rod to bounce.

yes CJR you are correct lots of steel to come first but still I'm pumped for Lakers last year was one of my best years on the ice ever and I'm looking to do better this yearSteel first.

yes, ice fishing is a great way to spend the winter, going to start re-pairing my huts,but not till I get back from a moose hunting trip to northern Ontario. Oct 1 to 12th with any luck I will be able to post some pic of the brook trout (from all year lakes) and other fish we get before the moose hunt starts.

Not being a huge fan of the cold and ice fishing, I must admit I am really looking forward to pinning for ice lakers.

Not in that big a hurry for Old Man Winter to get here but I'll be out there on the ice for lakers & stocked speck a bit too.
