hey guys, never had that problem fishing around gta, cause its catch and release, but on sunday planing trip 300km north, just wanted to ask about possesion limits. i have sport license, so lets say i already have 6 bass in my bag, can i still keep other spieces too, lets say 2 pikes and a waleye.

the limits are specific to species only. you can keep 6 bass (smallmouth and largemouth count together as one) and for pike and walleye, they would have other limits.
with a license, you are entitled to keep the limit of whatever species. check the regulations of where you'll be fishing though. They may have exceptions to the rules and specific size regulations.

frozen-fire pretty much covered it, and you may want to bring the reg booklet with you, the lastime I went fishing, we first went to Lake Simcoe earlier in the day, then actually ended up going someplace out east by Kingston, completely different catch-limits, wish I had the booklet that time, especially if you're on the move.
