Its funny you mention that, because I'm in the midst of making a glow-in-the-dark 1/8oz. spinnerbait, originally I was making it for night-time bassin or pickeral fishing, ordered the glow-in-the-dark components a few days ago should have a bait within a few weeks. Maybe you could try it out at the pier for me :) If you want to make a spoon, if that's what you're into, you can get spoon blanks at luremaking.com & few other sites. With spoons its a bit different, because you have to powder paint them with the glow-in-the-dark powder paint (you can get it at luremaking.com). Spoons or spoon blanks usually come polished & laquer coated, so that is why you have to use powder paint, not vinyl paint because the finish wouldn't look as good. The thing is I never really liked using powder paint, in order to use it, you have to heat it up with an oven or a candle etc.

it'd be cool to make your own spoons.
i find that the little cleos i use have the paint chipping away pretty fast.

Batteries not included... maybe they are but...

Still... I think Glow Paint is more practical, no?

How about a lure where I can insert one of those GlowStick that you put on the tip of your rod? Now that is a kick ass idea!

Snypa! Make it Happen!!
