it would be fun to try a bamboo rod
wonder what the strength on those would be? like what is the maximum weight a fish you can get on those rods.

Hey Mikey, those bambo sticks are to be used when the fishing bat might not be just the right tool for the job.

I don't believe the quality is there to make this a worthwhile purchase.

Might be better off buying the lures from thefishingnut. com at least they look like real crankbaits, topwaters etc.. I haven't used them much yet, but will start too soon. 30 lures came out to $1.66 each including shipping.

I agree...it`s like buying cheap camping gear, it only really lasts one trip, and doesn`t work as well as they say.

Some of these lures actually work for Pike. I remember someone posting a report about the dollarama lures on OFN Community.

After reading this post, I went to check dollarama at yorkgate but all they had were poppers. I was so disappointed. Lucky I bought 1 pack of inline spinner baits before finding out they were sold out today..it actually works, I've caught a perch with it. I might travel the far distance to buy the lures they have @ STC.

I really believe these lures will work. You can't really judge it unless you try it to see for yourself.
