Sewage System Threatens Don River and Toronto Harbour
read the following articles about the coxwell sewage trunk pipe that has developed structural cracks that could cause its collapse before it can be repaired.
If it were to colapse before it could be repaired, sewage would spill into the Don River and through its watershed into Toronto harbour.
lets hope they get it fixed before its too late....

Wow... the fact that even if they start creating the bypass now, and still have the old one fail before it is completed is scary. :D
