balapickerel I know what your talking about but I don't know what causes it or if its really true!

Sometimes u feel like u can swim faster in a pool that other times, water seems more solid.

I really don't enjoy swimming and we even have a pool why I don't know I go in hum was it once last year hahaha and for a total of about 5-10 min.

i have a pool that we set up in the summer, it's four feet deep and fifteen feet across, it's so refreshing to jump in during the hot summer, last year i didn't go in to often as it was allways raining :D ,lol

After I really had my hopes up thinking that there might be softwater next week, I really want to go to the first place that really melts.

For this super early trip, Is anyone down for going to one of the ponds that happen to melt first from the OFF maps? Lol.

just go to some fast rivers if you're really desperate to fish, they don't freeze as fast and they melt quicker :) and some rivers hold trout all year, not that i know any of them

so in other words, it would be easier to get a new rod reel combo than to fix your old stuff

At the moment, an optimistic view would be maybe we could be crappie fishing by the last weekend of march hopefully. The date will probably get determined closer to then, but is anyone still up for going at those times?

alright, IN APRIL IT IS, that way, we are 99.9% positive that any day we wont have the hard stuff.

How does April 3 Sound to Everyone?
I am also leaning towards an evening bite, just because I will need to drive my mom to work in the morning resulting in I won't be able to make it to the lake until around 10AM.

Location - I am leaning towards Holland River, and I do know a couple of spots around there, but if anyone else has any suggestions, feel free to tell me where you would like.

Guelph Lake could also be a possiblility, but im not sure about how much space there will be, and I know for a fact that it is white bucket territory.

Everyone who is interested, Please Reply!!
