Any fish in humber river?!?!?

Hey just wanted to know any one fishing the humber river yet? trout are supposed to be coming in right??

Havent been down yet...but it might be abit early still for the trout in the humber. I will call my brother and ask him, he lives close to the humber.

i wonder if any fish come as far up the humber as Richmond Hill, i know there used to be perch but i haven't seen them in ages

When do you think they will be starting to come in? with the weather getting better, the ice is melting , any ideas?

Very good question. There are no definitive answers as to how many and when exactly, but generally there are definitely rainbow trout in the Humber River and other Lake Ontario tributaries right now and will increase in numbers as we approach spring, especially for the larger fish. The warmer temperatures and higher water flows caused by melting snow and ice will trigger some staging rainbows to enter the Humber. That's the short answer.
