Hey all,

My names Luke im currenty a 3rd Year Mechanical Engineering student at UOIT in Oshawa and im still quite new to fishing. As a kid we would mess around at the cottage catching small bass and such but last year I started to fish a lot more. I came across this forum after having a hard day casting from the peer in Whitby; didnt get any bites. Although, in all honesty I was only out there for about 30 minutes in between my University classes.

Any tips for fishing from shore//peer would be greatly appreciated, also what kind of fish to expect or target would be great.
