located near stratford ontario.. looking for some good rivers to fish in waiters, willing to drive to distinations.

Welcome to the board. Not a river fisherman so I can't help you out much. In the Durham region you can try, Oshawa Creek, Duffins, Rouge or the Ganny.

Welcome aboard. In Mississauga we have the Credit River, but I'm not much of a river fisherman either, I see lots of people wading for trouts.

ok thxns.. i was up on the maitland last weekend landed some little smallmouth but not many big fish. Think i might give the grand river a try this weekend, any suggestions on parts to fish?

there are also the Nottawasaga, Wilmot, Humber, Carruthers.
