Man i don't know what it is but it just burns when you loose your favorite lure. I know some of them are pretty expensive. I just lost another one yesterday and it was like 5$. I feel crappy if loose one so i went back to store and got another one haha

I know 5$ aint much but just wondering how much $$ people have lost in lures?

this is our favourite topic!! :D

read the past threads on over-priced tackle, Dollarama madness and my fave, the 4 buck plug that will rename nameless for fear of a riot.

and 5 bucks ain't bad!!!! Beats losing one of those 14 buck fancy pants jobbers which us Fruglers have sworn off! Right fellers? Hello???? *taps mic creating echo feedback*

Imagine if you lost a 14 buck Fancy Pantser and then went back and got another one.... oh wait, hundreds do that every weekend! THE LURE COMPANY BANKS ON IT!

:D

Hmm, I don't think I ever lost a lure... I've lost a popper to some weeds but was able to hook it and retrieve it the next week.

I don't doubt some diver has setup some sort of bar system down there... this one spot there is a death snag 2 feet under the surface, got me twice in a row last time.

The guy beside me even commented on how unfortunate that second cast was.

I've lost many lure trolling. But everybody around must wonder what I'm doing circling for a half hour waiting for it to surface. I'd say I've got back 75 percent of my lures this way

Does this work, buy using a floating lure that dives, so when you get snagged you wait for the lure to free itself and float to the surface? Thanks.

Ya it really works. When you break like I like to pull as hard as possible to get that snap motion and hopefully it releases itself plus the current
