Hi all I've been fishing my whole life but I have never been fly fishing. I would like to go pick up a cheap combo from CT or Bass Pro and give it a shot to see if its something I enjoy. I live in markham can anyone give me some idea of where the closest spot to me would be, or better yet want to meet up and show me some tips and tricks?

Thank you,

Jonathan

Ha what timing.
Read another member's post about new fly fishing combos. A few of us are meeting up on one of the tribs Sunday. I'm bringing my fly rods and I think someone else is too. Others are bringing spinning/float. If you're interested pm me.

I did also, i purchased the starter kit from BP and it did me well to learn how to cast easily. I lent it to a buddy whos now learning to fly fish but im fairly sure it was a 6wt.
