IS THERE A GOOD POPULATION OF STEELHEAD IN FALL THROUGH WINTER IN BOWMANVILLE CREEK????? I HAVEN'T FISHED IT BEFORE FOR STEELIES SO PLZ ANY HELP WULD BE APPRECIATED FOR THIS NEWBIE STEELHEADER :mrgreen: :rolleyes:

Nope, they don't run in that creek unfortunately, have never heard of one being caught there. :ph34r:

I heard stories of a few steelhead caught in Bville a couple years ago. That's about it

i was asking peeps down by the harbour and they were catching steelies but i don't know if they come up past the dam... i heard there is brownies too so i might go for them

suckers and carp! no way u must be thinking somewhere else and there are trout in bowie my friend caught a couple.... i read about the topic and found out THERE is steelies in bowmanville creek...

around the mouth has almon all year and if you go up around hwy 2 area you get steelies and browns..
