I bet the grenade is not activated (the splash was because of impact, not explosion). it just sits in the mud and one day on a impact with a hard object it goes off. Being from a war-struck region, I remember seeing intact rockets that later harmed a lot of people. In one case two kids were playing with one until it hit the bottom and you did not want to see the rest. All to say .............PLAIN STUPID
