You need to hook into one first. Fight it for a long period of time while your company hovers over your back staring into the dark abyss, looking for the monster to show its face.

To plug a hole, simply insert fish into hole head first

Its really important to go fishing with someone who knows how to entice fish into biting. After a lengthy question / answer period, driving slowly on a snow covered highway we arrived, anxious to get our baits into the water. Once everything was setup, the action started. Like kids at a trout pond, the excitement was heard all around

It snowed, it rained, it froze, rained again, froze again. Laker don't care.

@NADO - 5 inches of black ice. Just make sure to have a heavier guy leading the way on your way out. Stay back 100 feet

 O.M.B. The guy we were fishing with suggested to have the pin in the photo, so it was placed on my back  Honestly, I love the pin and fish it everywhere, jigging walleyes, top water bass, etc. Had to be careful where I placed it... it did freeze up towards the end but s'all good. When the fish went for big runs, it was intense... quickly unfroze the pin
