It seems like a lot of people rely on roe to have a good day so banning it may actually hurt the sport. Conservation is good, but if the goal is to improve people's fishing experience, banning roe might not be the best answer.

I have no problem with people taking salmon roe. The lake O salmon thing is basically a put and tale system, although not quite to that extent.
