I would guess some sort of chub?
Try the link below - decent reference for Cyprinidae:

Looking at the website and the photo, maybe a pearl dace?

It's a tank meant for holding a fish while the person identifies it. They are often used for so called "micro-species". Awesome catch, but I have no idea what type of sucker that is.

Looks like a juvenile White Sucker.
Edit: Definitely a White Sucker

Judging by the pic. you're no longer in the water. Did you catch that fish? Sorry had to ask.

I think this guy is attempting to identify a number of different things he got in a minnow trap.
If more people did that then we might not have so many invasive species moving into new water.
Sadly I have no idea what kind of such fish that is lol

I don't think that's a sucker. Be careful, some species in Ontario may be small, but that doesn't mean they're not valued/endangered. Keeping live fish which you are unable to identify is not a good idea.
Yeah it's a sucker, caught one just like that last year and had it identified. The juvies look more like minnows then suckers but as they grown it will become evident. In the first pic you can see the sucker lips.

Good call, you can see a minnow bucket in the back ground of one photo.
