At any given time a lure will out fish another lure. depending on what the fish wants. I have so much variety in my tackle that I can't figure what to use once i hit the water. My first cast is always the one in my profile pic.

I've gotta say I love my Jitterbug. I've caught more fish on that thing than any other lure in my box. I also love topwater fishing.

Favorite lure is probably a mepps aglia long but I think that my most productive lure would be a plastic twister tail on a jig head

With out question mine would be the 2" wizzard spoon from Lucky Strike. It was the Dominion 377 before lucky strike bought them out, unfortunately Lucky Strike now only produces the larger sizes.

I picked up 2 of these at Lebarons too. I got one sunfish and one green bass. They look very real and from the video, the action looks amazing.
I'll be surprised if I don't get a lot of hookups with these.

Favourite lure of all time would be Mepps Black Fury Size 3 (orange or yellow or red) undressed. I've caught monsters of all species on it including walleye, pike and bass.
I seldom use Mepps now partially because it's like cheating at some spots, and partially because I have taken a liking to using cheaper hardware, namely dollar store spoons and spinners.
Dollarama has a new line of spoons this year, they are minnow shaped (quite thin for a spoon). I tested them out today for the first time and they are phenomenal. Excellent action, and great casting distance. I miss their basic spoon that they had last year in green, blue and red and I only have those remaining in the large size. But these new ones are great too.

Fav lure of all time? LOL.
I cannot name one lure, there are so many situations.
Sorry but I am going to name a few I fear. Mepps Black Fury, bucktail or not, Daredevel. I think I have caught every fresh-water fish species in ON on these 2 lures, including unexpected fish like Carp and Channel Cats.
Hula Poppers on the surface are so much fun and little popping bugs on the fly for Bass, Pike and Panfish.
2 inch Rapala count-downs for everything.
Finally since you didnt specify hamiltonangler, I assume a minnow or worm on a hook would qualify as a lure. That's the best where permitted.
Alfie.
