since the report section is still in the works i will post short report here.

got out early saturday... the plan was to fish till 11am and head home. the usual approach didn't work today. 3 hours passed by and only had one short bite. had to change usual presentation and finesse my technique. anchored in 110fow and spend the rest of the day trying every lure in my tackle box. fished till 2pm and called it a day after going 4/6. this was the longest fishing trip so far this year, had to really work hard to get the fish interested in my jigs.

Freaking sweet efka!  I just acquired a Tarpon 140 a few weeks and and have been itching for a day on Simcoe.  I've been heading to the hot water outflow in Pickering for drum and the action has been amazing... let me know if you want to head out there together (wind permitting).

What kind of rig do you use to run an anchor on your yak?  Any kind of trolley?

I've got a cart, but what about that pvc winder?  What's that?
