the mellows are just to say you had bait on your hook.really when the run starts you would have just as much luck snagging them with a bare hook.the roe is for the trout that follow.

If you're commenting on my statement...I apologize...It was sarcasm on my part. Everybody knows mellows are "irresistable".

been out 2 more times.in total seen about 15-20 caught.jumping around a lot at night.some friends have been nailing them credit card way and have some hope(wink wink).water is as clear as glass so don't be expecting any daytime action(also verified by locals).as for myself i have missed out on 3 :(  .pier is here! theme right now is cleo.grab a chair,some beer and get out there and borrow a net!cheers all

Alright so living in richmond hill, I dont feel like going to ummm THAT pier out west since its over an hour drive and that would meanid have to wake up around 3am

 

Id like to go credit...if ANYONE has been there in the past few days please let me know if its worth it, I dont wanna wake up early and get skunked. Otherwise I'm waiting for sept river runs.

 

I WANT A CHINOOK NOW!! :D
