Hay guys its been a while since I've been on here just got through selling my house and moving into a new one, won't do that again way to much work. But hay hope all is well with all you like the title says the season is coming fast and I can't get my gear ready fast enough I have been out several times all ready with minimal luck. I want to remind people to respect their resources by that I mean pick up and take with you all your garbage and don't be shy to pick up after others respect the fish and there habitat and always practice catch and release If 1 out of 10 of us does this then it will make a big difference I will be on almost all the rivers and creeks in Ontario this fall chasing my favorite fish I hope you all do well and please remember to RESPECT the resource cause if we don't it won't be here for much longer!!! And for all you loogans and poachers and lurkers BEWARE cause I have seen way to much of it and for the most part I keep to myself but from now on it is gonna change and trust me if you are one of those people and I'm around ,you will hear it no more holding back. I have spent a lot of time trying to educate and inform people. Well now I'm ranting so we will end this on a good note good luck to all and again RESPECT THE WORLD WE CALL HOME

Instead of yelling at them just call the MNR, take a picture too so you have proof, nothing says you made a bad choice like a hefty fine.

If i do see anyone out on the rivers this year yelling at someone cuz they are poaching, i will have there back. no doubts about it! it takes to long for MNR to show up! taking a picture is fine, but id rather stop the person for getting any fish illegal before the MNR show up! one is enough!

people say not to confront them, but i know the number of "good" fishermen out weigh the  number the bad. if we help each other out spread the word on the rivers when we see the things that are wrong, then "we" as a group can confront the person... but if you are alone on the river and have no one to watch your back just get a pic and call MNR to be safe! maybe yell a bit but keep your distance!

i like to hide in the forest and through rocks at them!!!! or the hole they r trying to snag out of!!!

Two words:

Bottle.

Rockets.

(Or Roman Candles if you get 'em on sale.)

(Ideally from across a river that's too deep to wade, so you can full appreciate the effect.)

Hahahahahahaha. Omg. That would be amazing. If I saw you do that on one of the tribs I wouldn't be able to fish anymore. I would just be laughing all day long.

Conversation before Confrontation.... Especially if you require backup when speaking with strangers.
