Hey everyone,

On here trying to find out where are some good spots to go fishing for salmon and trout... I live in the beach and am looking for a change of scenary and was hoping someone could help me out with some tips on where to go? May seem like a silly rookie thing to ask but I'm not asking for anyones special spots just somewhere with a good chance!!

this isn't going end well.......

people are protective of spots, they've put in a lot of leg work to find them, i'd strongly suggest doing the same, read the regs, figure out where you want to fish, an follow the boundaries

Welcome to OFF!

As others have mentioned, your chances of members giving you any particular hotspot in this thread are slim to none. For one, it's against OFF rules to name rivers. ;)

The good news is that you don't really need a "hotspot" right now... I can tell you that right now, any of the major rivers east of Toronto will be good. Most of the larger pools will definitely be holding salmon, lot's of salmon, and you may even get some bonus rainbow and brown trout.
