stingray, barracuda, grouper, snappers. I should add these on my lists ... but I would like to catch all Ontario fish species 1st.

I started off my fishing career off the piers and flats in Florida, so I managed to bang off a few saltwater species fast.

what lure or baits bowfin likes?

I've heard worms are good for them... Not to much info about fishing for them except for 1 really good site: http://www.bowfinanglers.com/tips.html

ill save my pennies and if i have a chance to to go southern oman, or austrailia/nz.

probably have to use a stella 20k or my saltiga 6000gt with a 6500 spool, PE10 and 150# leader. 30-40lb+ drags

everything needs to be heavy especially with 25kg+ GTs over tropical reefs.

those goliaths grouper gets realllly reallly big. like as big as a living room sofa big. no joke. haha
you might end up using a 50wide on low gear running 50-100lbs drag, 200-400# mono to haul its ass off the seabed.

imagine you go snorkeling or diving and one of them that big swim by,,,  it could literally swallow you.
