has anybody ever tied roe bags using coloured thread? Like if you were using orange mesh you tie it with red sewing thread, I think it would look like a blood dot

Only when I run out of spider thread, and it's a crappy experience. Tying roe is an onerous enough chore as it is! I have used everything from thread to dental floss. Spider thread is the worlds greatest invention and gift to roe chuckers!

the eggs are real so they have their own blood dot. BTW I am sick and tired of tying roe bags, ive been fishing way too much! Anyone want to throw out a price to tie 200 roe bags for me? lol

Gotta get the wife/girlfriend into tying em Nado! whenever I need to tie eggs I do a dozen of 2 then start whining about it and the wife always kicks me out of the way and ties a ton for me lol

Can I ask, doesnt thread open up once in water?

I haven't tried it and always used spiderline when I USED to have time to tie my own sacs

I work for Wastco I run the wast line at owens Corning .. When the production line breaks down they can't let the glass cool down so the keep it flowing and send it to the wast line ... When things run smoothly I will do 2hrs of work in a 12hr day
