Finally got some time to hit the river by my new place this afternoon and had some luck in some very cold and high water! Tossed a mepps through some rock beds and SMACK. Couple nice size smallies! Quite the fight to wake me up! Enjoy,

CHEERS!

I haven't quite decided yet...if I want to include Carp I'll just bottom bounce a worm...otherwise I'll stick to top water baits

Gotta love those Smallies. One of the best fighting fish lb for lb there is.

We fish a river near here with multiple species and you never know what you are going to catch and many times you don't know what you have hooked until you bring it to shore. You always know when you've hooked a Smallie within seconds by the aerials :) .

Alfie.
