You can wade in the lower niagara as long as you have 120' stilts. You need to have good balance tho and heavy weights at the bottom. However some people can just walk on water which requires no stilts or waders. Both techniques take lots of practice, and there is a pretty high mortality rate.

Just a statement, I wasn't wading the niagra but I also wasn't wading the slab
