Hey everyone,

I am moving to the Sudbury area in June and will be bringing along my trusty canoe. I know the lakes can be really big up there, and I'm looking for a couple places to fish were I won't get blown all over the place. Maybe a narrow lake or river. I'm not after anyone's honey holes or anything, just somewhere to launch the canoe and cast around for pike and bass.

Any suggestions?

Yes, there are lots of big lakes, but there are even more small ones. Talk to the locals, ask at tackle shops, you'll find what you're looking for.
