Hey guys im new to O.F.F and I have a quick question. I was wondering if anyone targets catfish? I'm in the Owen sound area and yeah I was thinking about fishing for some catfish I like smoked catfiah and was wondering if you guys have any good spots? you like to share Thanks [emoji3]

Some of the larger river mouths up here will have channels right now.

I'm not in your area at all, but here in Niagara I target cats every spring and I go out for them at least 10 times. Are you going for lake run or resident? The lake run beasts are mostly gone by now, prime time for them in mid april-first week of June. Residents are smaller but should be in all muddy, slow moving streams and ponds/lakes.

Yes ! Many anglers fish for them in the river at the mouth.
