hihi, was wondering where is the best place to take your kids to go fishing. from the shore, where they would just cast and catch a few panfish, my 2 sons enjoy seeing the fish, now they want to start catching them too. a little help, please?

I'd suggest fishing at high park or toronto islands for some shore fishing for the kids.

If you're interested, you should bring your kids to one of the family fishing events in the next couple of weeks.

Here's a list of family fishing events...

There's a date for high park and toronto islands on that list.

Here's a video I shot from a fishing event that I volunteered from last saturday at high park...

Go to Lake scugog, at the ceaserea pier you can catch a lot of sunfish and perch and commonly a bass or two (lots of muskies too)
