I am planning to go with some buddies to go fishing at Rice Lake like we did last year but this year, I want to find a perfect spot where we can picnic and do fishing near the bank shore with being able to park the car legally. I don't mind paying for parking like $10-$20 for a day. Last year, we went to Gores Landing and Harwood but parking on the street is a pain in arse as you can ticket for that.
