Well the gf and I went out today. The rain had the gin clear water muddy and high as heck. Only managed to land two ( only took pics of the one). What a great fight they are! Even as "boots" haha. Def hooked. This was my first year salmon fishing and so far I have landed 8 kings and 2 cohos. Today's were landed with a baitcaster, float, roe and 8' bass flipping stick haha. Last ones were spinning gear. Gonna try the pin again soon. Got tired of losing them haha

Nice catch, but just wanted to ask how you catch salmon with flipping tubes. Some other guy told me he could do it so I tried it out and I haven't caught anything! So how you catch them on tubes?

Nice catch! I'm fairly new to salmon fishing as well, my success in landing is negligible haha.

Nice. Might head up this weekend. Gotta bust out the head beams, no lights on the pier.
