It's for if you injure yourself or others. Liability insurance doesn't cover property damage. OFAH gives you 3 million

 

 

That's what I was thinking. The landowner also has something called "occupier's liability" I believe, being responsible for the wellbeing of anyone on his or her property, including trespassers. Not sure if that would help the landowner out though.
