Preferably within 30-45 minutes of driving from Pickering/Scarborough.
I know there's the Rouge and F.Bay - but I don't want her overwhelmed with the amount of people there.
Thanks in advance

Various spots in the Port Perry area, but keep away from the causeway, you don't want children running around a major thoroughfare. Cooks Bay would be another, there are a number of parks along the shore.

Much appreciated.

I am terrified of bugs and insects but I can rip a worm in half without blinking an eye! Dads like you make the world go 'round.

Go into Port Perry, theres a park on both north and south side of the marina with nice shore fishing for panfish, keep her entertained by catching lots of fish to get her hooked for life. if she gets tired of fishing, you can go take her to play on the slides and swings lol

end of liverpool...lot's of sceneries...splash pad. you can fish for carp & catfish on the east of the bridge. on the west of bridge, pike & bass...that bridge seems to seperate the species...i caught a steelhead there 2012. I saw a guy caught salmon during the run last year. Head for the lighthouse for some nice walk and nice views of the powerplant, Lake O and the ladies walking...
