Catch and release? That fish would be nicer if you were carefully cradling it.

That's a very nice bow, especially for a first. Just remember if you're doing catch and release, you shouldn't be holding it by the gills.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. I would have been more gentle with it if i wasn't by myself, needed a picture of my first rainbow! In this case I ended up keeping it.
And Dilli I caught it with a spoon that had trout like colouring on it, can't remember what kind.
