nice video. They are fun to catch but extremely gross to look at and touch. I know a guy in Parry sound who had heard that they were good to eat so he filleted and cubed the meat but then realized he didn't have any flour or bread crumbs so he put the cubes in the fridge and went to the store, when he got back the cubes had turned into a slimy gel. Now that's gross.
