Yes, googans... they are Floridas equivalent to our loogans ( this is no joke ).  2000 km separate them yet their names and ways don't change much - great minds think alike and fools seldom differ

Not gonna type a lot here and just spam some pics - I want to open with this particular song which totally fits the report ( the Drake is rubbing off onto me )

"There aint gonna be no hurry, there aint gonna be no rush"

Almost a month down in Florida dealing with violent, turbulent, unstable weather and this is what we got.

We fished a variety of habitats. â€‹Though we didn't catch much, most of these pictures are from locals we found fishing.

Unreal photos man - look's like another amazing trip! Love that you landed a bone too - were you site fishing for them, or was it by chance?

Of all that you found on the end of your line, which was the most fun catching?

Thanks folks - the pony tailed dude looks suspiciously handsome thank you very much.

The bone we caught unexpectedly. There was a warm front in the Keys and they came in. We did spot fish moving across the flat next to us but coukdnt tell what they were.

As for favourite thing to angle the Jack Crevalles were a riot - when they are in they are in and are strong as heck. Aggressive and angry make them exciting to catch. Sharks were awesome too. We were undergunned so anything large and fast broke off. Watching bigger spinners breach is exhilarating especially after we had to canoe through the same water we got tyem in. We managed to pull in a huge nurse shark but couldnt get it outta the water - there's a video of it... gonna try to get it up... but yeah the chubs were fun without a doubt
