Hey gang!

Looking forward to reading some more of the forum posts and learning my way around this site!

This year will be my first year fly fishing on the rivers around the Cambridge area and I'm so excited!  I've been doing my research on hatches etc, but I'm still sorting out the best places to go.  Discovering those special holes is going to be half the fun!

If any of you are looking for someone to fish with, let me know!

Welcome to the Forum!

Lots of great areas on the Grand River for fishing opportunities!

Good luck on your research!

Welcome!! The grand is a very good river to be fishing, anything from catfish to rainbows walleyes browns, you name it.. if your fly fishing you may want to look towards the paris area....  there's a section of the river you will learn about, mostly just fly fishing only, (single bar-bless hook, no organics, C&R only ect..)....

I have lived and fished the cambridge spots for over 20 years.. (i'm only 32..)

Thanks guys!

I'll look into the Paris area for sure!  Maybe we can get together and hit the river one day!
