Selling a RL Winston VSL Spey rod I received as a gift a few years ago and never used. Rod is still in plastic bag as shown in photos. Good intro rod for someone wanting to learning spey fishing. It is a 6126 size (12' 6" for a 6 weight) and comes with original warranty card. Understand rod sold for over $900 USD when new. Will sell rod for $450. If you look online you can find write-ups and reviews of this spey rod. Email if interested. SOLD

if they're calling a $900 rod an "intro" rod, i don't want to see their high end stuff.  you're talking 1200-1300bucks by the time you add a reel (echo ion @100) running line and shooting head (100-150) and then you still need leaders....yikes.

I have the redington dually spey rod that i paid $250 for, around $450 with reel and line.

I agree FF, don't get me wrong this is a decent deal, but intro rod maybe not... I have 12 or so fly rods, none of them worth more than $350 brand new, and guess what, they all cast great and catch fish. Don't mean to put you down in any way newflyfisher... I guess perhaps it is Winston's "intro rod".
